Mettler Silk-Finish Cotton Thread
All Mettler cotton thread is made from 100% long staple, Egyptian cotton and has a silk finish that gives it a luxuriously soft effect and supple feel. It is mercerized to make it more tearproof, low-shrink, and iron-proof. We have Mettler cotton thread in about 200 colors on small spools and large cones. From thickest to thinnest, we have it available in 28, 40, 50, and 60-weight.

40-Weight Mettler Silk-Finish cotton for patchwork, quilting, embroidery, cross-stitch, and more. Use needle sizes: 80/12 to 90/14.
Up to 250 colors
Mettler 50-Weight Cotton Thread
50-Wt Mettler Silk-Finish cotton. Solid and variegated colors. For quilting, sewing, and matte embroidery. Use needle sizes 70/10 to 90/14.

Mettler 60-Weight Cotton Thread
60-Weight is the thinnest cotton thread in the Mettler Silk-Finish cotton thread line. The recommended needle sizes are 65/9 to 80/12.
