Our community sustained widespread damage, but everyone here is okay. Power is restored, but internet and phones are still down.
We have a heavy backlog of orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern on 09/26/2024. All orders are picked and staged. Shipping is now underway. The process is time consuming, because we have to shuttle orders about 1.5 miles through heavy traffic while also yielding to line crews and emergency personnel. We also have to navigate around a sinkhole along the way. Same day shipping is currently not guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.
